Clients must provide:

  • Reference images (if required)

  • Correct files in usable format

We are not responsible for delays or incorrect results caused by incomplete or unclear instructions.
 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on project complexity, quantity, and requirements

  • Payment terms are agreed before starting the project

  • Work may begin after full or partial payment (as agreed)

  • Final files may be delivered after payment is completed

We reserve the right to pause or delay work in case of delayed payments.
 

5. Revisions

  • Revisions are included based on the agreed scope

  • Additional changes outside the original requirement may be charged

  • Clients must clearly communicate revision requests

  • Clients retain ownership of their original images

  • Final edited images are delivered for client use

  • We do not use or publish client images without permission

We do not share, sell, or distribute any client data or images.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality results:

  • We are not responsible for business losses, missed deadlines, or indirect damages

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing final files before use
     

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project that:

  • Contains illegal or inappropriate content

  • Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
     

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once work has started, refunds may not be guaranteed

  • Partial refunds may be considered depending on work completed

  • Free sample edits are non-refundable
